Started to ride a bit more this week. Commuting helped. No ride this weekend as I was at Bramall Lane to see the mighty Blades give themselves a chance of promotion to the prem. It's all down to the last match at Palace. The last time we were in this situation was in 1990, that fabulous day in Leicester.
